Selling your home is a major decision. We move fast but we don’t rush. You shouldn’t either. We’d love to take you for coffee to get acquainted.

This is where we get clear on what work — if any — needs to be done before the house is ready to list. This depends on your goals. Sometimes the work is simple, other times more complex.

Prep
Prepare to dust, paint, or otherwise address the minor and major projects that make your home shine. We also assemble all that’s needed for the listing and its disclosures.

List
Listing is part art and part science. We work to get the listing everywhere on the internet and craft it so that its ideal buyer sees the listing and immediately calls their real estate agent.

Negotiate
While all of the decision to sell, make concessions, or draw a hard line in the sand will be yours — we relish the opportunity to be your advisor through it all. When you feel happy, so do we.

Success
We’re with you through every step of the closing process from starting to visiting the lawyers and signing away the deed. The paperwork can be a lot, but in the end it is so worth it.
